Weekly Ceramics Courses

My ceramics courses are more then just a place to learn pottery- they are an opportunity to slow down, work with your hands, and become part of a creative community in Florence. Located near Piazza Beccaria, the studio welcomes locals, international students, and expats looking for an authentic artistic experience in a relaxed environment. Whether you are completely new to ceramics or already have experience, the courses are personalized and designed to help you develop your creativity at your own pace while sharing the space with like-minded people. Many students join not only to learn traditional ceramic techniques, but also to meet new people, practice Italian and build meaningful connections through creativity. The studio atmosphere is informal, welcoming, and centered around craftsmanship, conversation, and community. Courses are hand-building amongst other traditional techniques. I offer flexible memberships for both short term and long term students.

Serie Hypercallygraphic

The "Hypercallygraphic" collection is a series of unique pieces hand painted by the ceramic Master Enzo Formisano. The artworks are made with the ancient tecnique called Majolica, used in Florence since 14th century.

The OverAll decorations are inspired to the contemporary Florentine streets, animated with a worldwide mix of languages and voyagers

In this paintings one can actually see some of Renaissance's art most famous icons rendered with arabian and oriental calligraphies, computer graphics and other symbols blended together in a new mysterious and  inspired artistic alphabet.
